Dear Business owners,

We are currently conducting a telephone fundraiser with the help of KWH promotions.  We are raising money for the programs contained below in this letter.  The current fund raising may include someone picking up money from your business.  We are only soliciting business and not homeowners. The Noblesville and Carmel FOP lodges are conducting fundraisers as well for their respective programs. We are FOP lodge # 103. Your contribution will also include ad space in a local magazine that the FOP will be putting together and handing out at our charity events as well as distributing them to some local businesses.

The Hamilton County F.O.P. #103 is a fraternal organization chartered in the 1930’s and is comprised of town, city, county, state and federal law enforcement officers and officials in Hamilton County.

The lodge is dedicated in helping the needy families in Hamilton County.  Christmas for the Children was established in the early 80’s by the lodge to help needy kids and their families in Hamilton County with clothes, food, and toys during the holiday season the past few years the F.O.P has been partnering with the Hamilton County Good Samaritan program to help provide those in need over the holiday season.

The Hamilton County Lodge is proud to offer the youth in the county the opportunity to attend a two-day camp at the lodge.  This camp is for youth, both boys & girls from ages 10-14.  Most of the children who attend the camp would not normally be able to afford to go to camp, or are at risk youth who need guidance to change their lives around in a positive manner.  This camp offers the youth a look into law enforcement by involving the state police helicopter, K-9 officers, D.A.R.E. officers, prosecutors, and judges.  By instilling discipline, self esteem, physical fitness, and a positive look into law enforcement.  The youth leave the camp with a new outlook on themselves and those who protect and serve the county.

The lodge continues to support Hamilton County’s Prevail program, which help victims of abuse by providing them with counseling, and additional resources to help them overcome their tragedy.

We are hoping that the Good People of Hamilton County will help with a monetary contribution to help us continue our efforts in supporting the programs listed above and future programs.   We are not able to provide these services without your help, therefore.  We are asking the residents and businesses for their generous help.  Any financial assistance is greatly appreciated, by the members of Hamilton County F.O.P. #103, and most of all, by the families that are in need in the county.

Let us thank you in advance for your consideration and for any contribution you may be able to help with.

Sincerely,

Dave Kimm,
President Hamilton County F.O.P.  #103
